Vanessa Koza

Vanessa Koza has served Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District since 1999 as Billing Specialist and Notary Public, acquiring more than 20 years of ambulance billing and customer service experience. She has often been called on to assist others and, in 2018, Mrs. Koza joined the Finance team and took on additional responsibilities. Unique experiences acquired while raising three children with her husband, plus her personal interests in camping and Orange Theory fitness, keep her busy in her personal life. Drawing on this broad personal and professional background, Mrs. Koza is adept at ensuring each resident that calls or comes to the office receives personal attention and satisfaction.
