Alan E. Monroe is the Human Resource Manager for the Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District. His primary responsibilities include personnel actions, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and policy interpretation and application. Alan also serves as the District’s Records Custodian. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Illinois. With over 17 years in the HR field, making a difference each day in the lives of staff, management and the organization are what keeps him focused and motivated.
Alan is originally from Illinois, and along with his wife and daughter, are now enjoying their new adventure in Florida.
