The Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District (hereinafter referred to as “District”) requests that interested parties submit formal sealed responses for the above-referenced Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
The District is seeking responses from qualified responders to perform the construction work/services for the construction of the Pavilion improvements described on Exhibit A, attached hereto (the “Project”), for the Public Safety Complex located at 1250-1268 Village Lakes Blvd., Lehigh Acres, Florida 33972.
A mandatory pre-response onsite inspection of the District’s Project located at 1250- 1268 Village Lakes Blvd., Lehigh Acres, FL 33972, where the work/services will be performed shall be held on July 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST with Deputy Fire Chief Naranjo. The failure of an interested responder to attend the mandatory pre-response onsite inspection shall result in the automatic rejection of its response. Any interested responder is invited to make inquiry regarding any questions related to this Request for Proposals. All questions must be directed in writing, to Deputy Fire Chief Naranjo, or his designee, via email at rodolfon [at] lehighfd.com (rodolfon[at]lehighfd[dot]com), on or before July 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EST. No further questions will be accepted after the above stated deadline.
Five (5) written copies and one (1) electronic format copy of the response for RFP #2026-09 shall be placed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked: “LEHIGH ACRES FIRE CONTROL AND RESCUE DISTRICT REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PAVILION FOR THE PUBLIC SAFETY COMPLEX– RFP #2026-09”, and must be delivered on or before 2:00 P.M, EST on July 30, 2026, at the administrative offices of the District at 11 Homestead Road South, Lehigh Acres, FL 33936, Attn: Deputy Fire Chief Naranjo.
